Sometimes thinking doesn't work, until we implement it. But we make implementation tough by starting taking the burden on ourselves because we think "OHH! we have to do this, nothing will happen ". We only demotivate ourselves by admitting that nothing will happen. It's wrong, don't you think?
A beautiful quote by someone that works until you achieve it because things will be tough until you do it. When we were kids, walking was also a big task, but we learn we get into it now we think that task so easy. Did u ever think about why??? Got into that task and did it. Nothing is tough , we need to get into it to find solutions and learn and everyone makes mistakes. No one is born perfect, then why scare before doing things? When you find a task difficult, break it into some small tasks and then complete it, but don't get afraid of doing it.
A task which is of four letters gives stress many times because we take it as a burden and things, to do tomorrow, but we should do things. If we keep doing things like this, we will end up with nothing because we only thought of not being stressed today, which gives us more stress for tomorrow . Which is good, today or tomorrow? I would suggest today, because tomorrow you can enjoy or do something else and there will be no stress. Nowadays, everyone has stress either of getting up, going to the office or school, of thinking about what to do and we forget to enjoy our small moments in things. Stop taking this as stress and enjoy what to do and you will start seeing change in yourself.
